Louise E. Sullivan, age 75, of Albia, died June 4, 2015, at the Monroe County Hospital in Albia, Iowa.

She was born April 22, 1940 in Monroe County to Louie and Theresa (Remmark) Raymie. She attended Albia High School and graduated with the class of 1958. On June 7, 1958 she was united in marriage to John Francis Sullivan. To this union 6 children were born, Mary, Diana, Christine, Debra, Jack, and Thomas. They shared 49 years of marriage together before John's passing on March 30, 2007

Louise worked in the business office at the Albia Hospital for many years before retiring. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cross stitching, playing cards, making candy, crossword puzzles, and jigsaw puzzles. Her real joy in life was spending time with family and friends, especially her grandkids and great grandchild.

She is survived by three daughters, Mary (Jeff) Grimes of Bussey, Iowa, Diana Sullivan of Albia, and Christine (Phil) McGee of Phoenix, Arizona; two sons, Jack (Marilee) Sullivan of Maryville, Missouri, and Thomas Sullivan of Albia; six grandchildren; one great grandchild, Teigan Snyder; two sisters, Carol Wilson of Moravia and Charlotte Stokes of Albia, and a brother, Richard Raymie of Moravia.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John, one infant daughter, Debra Sullivan; one grandson, Chandler Heiden; and a sister, Barb Wilson.

Louise's body has been cremated, and a Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 5, 2015 at the Tharp Funeral Home in Albia with Father Bernie Weir Officiating. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Albia.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 5, 2015 until service time at the Tharp Funeral Home in Albia with Louise's family present to greet friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa.
